As a Research Assistant, Jaidyn complements the CEO. Jaidyn is a creative, problem-solving professional who takes advantage of operations and task management opportunities. She uses her time management skills to develop exemplary research for her task. She promotes impactful solutions to difficult problems as a leader and supporter. Creating meaningful relationships with clients and other professionals is her forte. In addition, a strong suit of this dedicated professional is communication. For Jaidyn, success starts with effective leadership and organizational strengths.

Jaidyn is an outstanding team player. She is proficient at building bonds of trust and communication to gain a deeper understanding of clients' experiences and further develop her skill sets. As a result of her entrepreneurial mindset, she can overcome adversity and succeed in any environment.

Every project she works on is infused with enthusiasm, organization, and operational efficiency. Her experience includes networking, promotional communication, team bonding, and leadership.

Outside of work:

Jaidyn enjoys the summertime when the weather is warm. Playing softball, going to beaches/pools, and being active are perfect for her. One day, she wants to travel the world and experience different cultures. However, when her heart is fulfilled, she wants to settle down in the Caribbean with the future family she creates. As you can see, she dreams big and encourages you to do the same.
